Welcome to your Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Program

CBT is a common psychotherapeutic approach for treating mental health disorders including Anxiety and Depression. Online CBT helps you to identify, challenge and overcome your anxious and/or depressive thoughts, behaviors and emotions.

Online CBT is based upon the premise that your thoughts influence your feelings, emotions and behaviors. The Online CBT program will guide you through a process that will look at how you interpret and perceive external stimuli. Exercises will be provided to help to change the way you think, feel, and react to a variety of stressful, seemingly defeating, or anxiety provoking situations.

Self-Guided: Work at your own Pace 

Unlike traditional programs, Online CBT is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is designed to allow you to work at your own pace. The exercises in our program have been specifically designed to help you to learn to cope with the various challenges you experience as you learn to challenge your anxiety and/or depression and how to modify your lifestyle.

Tools and Resources

As a registered member you have the option of using the following range of tools and resources.

  • Access to expert coaching support if necessary.
  • A Session Diary and your personal homepage that contains all of the information you need to move through the program.
  • A Symptom Tracker and daily diary that tracks the severity of your anxiety and depression or related symptoms.
